DOMAINE JAÇA

Winemakers since 2021, we cultivate 4 hectares of vineyards in the municipality of Oms, certified Organic Agriculture since their planting, and these are the last vineyards in the village.

Our vineyard is situated at an altitude of 400 meters. Its perfect exposure allows the vines to develop in harmony with the surrounding nature. Our plots are surrounded by woods, hedges, and stone walls built by the ancestors, which promote biodiversity.
We work in respect of both people and nature: manual harvesting, superficial soil work, hand weeding, minimal sulfiting, and the use of indigenous yeasts in the cellar.

- Visits to our vineyards and winemaking cellar are possible by reservation; wine tasting and oenological picnics are also available upon request.

- Our wines are also available for direct purchase at our cellar in Céret. Please contact us in advance to make a reservation.
